Shipping policy
1. Purpose & Scope
1.1 This Policy sets out the procedures applicable to the shipping and delivery of goods
1.2 This Policy applies only to goods purchased from Cheap Deals. Goods obtained from other sources or under separate terms are excluded.
1.3 Cheap Deals may amend or update this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Customers must keep themselves informed of updates published by Cheap Deals.
1.4 This shipping Policy forms part of Cheap Deals’ Standard Terms and Conditions. All defined terms in the General Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning herein unless the context indicates otherwise.

2. Definitions
2.1 “Customer” means the purchaser of the goods from Cheap Deals.
2.2 “Goods” include hardware, peripherals and components supplied by Cheap Deals.
2.3 "ETA" ,means estimated time of arrival, and is not a guarantee date for delivery.
3. Orders & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver within 3–5 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Courier network issues
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions)
Processing Cut-Off Time Orders received and fully paid before 12:00 PM (South African Standard Time) on a business day will be processed on the same day.
Next Business Day Processing Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Remote Locations: where customers address are in outlining, remote or schedule areas, deliveries may take up to 5-7 business days dependent on the courier company used.
Local Delivery: dependent on the time the order was placed and provided within a 50km radius (Gauteng Only) we endeavor to deliver same day.
Disclaimer: Cheap Deals shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control but will assist in resolving issues promptly.
2. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
3. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible. Cheap Deals will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional charges for re-delivery will apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for delivery-related claims is limited to:
Replacement of goods, or Refund of the purchase price (at our discretion).
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Force Majeure
Cheap Deals shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
8. Tracking and Proof of Delivery
Tracking details will be provided via email/online website account upon dispatch. Proof of delivery will be required for any disputes.
10. Insurance
Customers may request additional shipping insurance at checkout. Cheap Deals is not liable for uninsured shipments once handed over to the courier.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
12. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.
